In the north section of Dongfeng Road, the east gate of the Science and Technology Building at the southwest corner of the intersection of Dongfeng Road and Zhang 'an Avenue is Anyang Library (the north gate is Anyang Personnel Bureau). You can borrow a library card on the second floor, and the cost of handling the card seems to be fifty or sixty yuan. The new library is in the south of the new municipal government, and it has not been finished yet.
