3. During the borrowing period, employees should keep and take good care of the borrowed books, magazines and newspapers. If they are found lost or damaged when returning, the company will make them pay compensation according to the original price of the borrowed books, magazines and newspapers.

4. The number of books, magazines and newspapers borrowed by employees is 2 at a time, and the term is one week. Employees must return the books, magazines and newspapers on time. If you still need to borrow it, you can renew it manually, and the renewal period shall not exceed half a month. 5. Due to the large number of pages of Chengdu Business Daily and Huaxi Dushi Bao ordered by the company, it is impossible to save all the newspapers and periodicals in the whole year, so it is saved in a rolling way. The administrative department only keeps the newspapers and periodicals of this month and last month, and the newspapers and periodicals of other months will be turned over to the warehouse as invalid newspapers for wrapping paper.
