Wenzhou Library is located in Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a large modern public library integrating culture, education, scientific research and leisure. It is a civilized unit in Zhejiang Province and a demonstration base for social science popularization in Zhejiang Province. 20 18 was rated as a national first-class library in May. ?

Wenzhou Library, formerly known as Qiao Yuan Library, was built in May of 19 19. In June, it was renamed as Wenzhou Library, 1950, and in June it was renamed as Wenzhou Library, 1955. In February 2005, it moved into the new museum and officially opened to the public.

As of 20 16 and 12, Wenzhou Library has a building area of 36,000 square meters, 2,000 reading seats, and 67 staff members. The total collection of books is 3.924 million volumes, including ancient books1880,000 volumes, audio-visual materials 247,000 volumes, and electronic books1340,000 volumes.
