The office (on the east side of the third floor of the South Building) formulates work plans, summaries and related documents, organizes and coordinates the guarantee of literature information services, is responsible for daily administrative work, and cooperates with the school to complete various tasks. The book lending office (on the west side of the second floor of the North Building) has a total of more than 500,000 books, providing services such as book lending and returning, appointment, consultation, document lending and returning, and general library cards for university libraries in Jiangsu Province. According to the subject attribute, language type and utilization rate of books, books are distributed in the west of1~ 4th floor north building and the east of 4th floor north building. Among them, 1 ~ 3 floors are the main stacks, which collect natural science and social science books with high utilization rate. 1 floor stacks collect books such as literature, art, history and geography; The second floor stack houses natural science and language books; The library on the third floor contains social science books and foreign documents; There are Chinese and foreign books in the library on the fourth floor. The entrance and exit of the library is located on the second floor, and the stacks on 1 ~ 4 floors are connected by internal stairs.

The teachers' reading room (on the west side of the second floor of the South Building) also serves as a sample library with a total collection of nearly 200,000 books. Provide indoor reading service, special service and short-term lending service for faculty, graduate students, double bachelors, outstanding students and undergraduate graduates.

The student reading room (south building 1 west) mainly collects teaching reference books related to offering courses, with a total collection of nearly 65,438+10,000 volumes. Provide indoor reading and copying services for books.

The Chinese Periodical Reading Room (on the west side of the third floor of the South Building) displays more than 200 kinds of Chinese periodicals/kloc-0, more than 70 kinds of newspapers and more than 40,000 bound volumes. Provide indoor reading and copying periodicals and special services.

The electronic reading room (on the east side of the second floor of the North Building) is equipped with 60 multimedia computers, and has a collection of more than 3,000 e-books, multimedia CDs and CDs attached to books. Provide subject novelty retrieval, collection database retrieval, Internet search and download, indoor CD reading, retrieval, copying and other services.

The foreign language periodical reading room (located on the east side of the third floor of the North Building) displays more than 65,438+000 foreign language periodicals and more than 20,000 bound volumes. Provide reading service for foreign periodicals and express delivery service for new periodicals.

The standard reading room (on the east side of the third floor of the North Building) collects all national standards and ship standards before 1989, some mechanical standards and some foreign national standards catalogues, domestic and foreign ship specifications and ISO copies. Provide standard consultation and standard catalogue, search related standard services online, and obtain the original standard services of foreign units.

The library computer room (1 north of the corridor) provides services such as the issuance, replacement and return of library cards, and is responsible for maintaining the network in the library.

The reserve library (1 building) mainly collects the bound volumes of Chinese and foreign periodicals and Chinese books of Silkworm Research Institute.

The floor plan book lending office (1 building) on the third floor of the South Campus Library collects books related to the specialties offered by Nanxu College, with a total collection of nearly 1.9 million books. Provide book borrowing, reading, borrowing and returning services.

The book reading room (1 building) collects Chinese books except literature books and provides indoor reading services.

The periodical reading room (second floor) provides reading services for current periodicals, professional newspapers and bound volumes of periodicals.
