Choose the right book
Choose some interesting books suitable for children to read. Don't emphasize the difficulty too much, as long as the book is slightly lower than the child's reading ability. Consider their hobbies, such as baseball, horseback riding, animals, etc. It can also be books of popular movie stars or athletes, or even comic books. Put the book where children can easily see it, without evaluation, and let the children choose for themselves. Remember, interest is the biggest motivation!
Library tour
Get a library card for the children and take them to the library. Teach children how to use library resources, and many libraries also offer related courses. Make sure the library has enough time for children to explore and read freely.
The combination of games and reading
Take advantage of children's love of computer games and choose game software that needs a lot of reading, such as interactive games and travel games. Avoid simple computer games, let children enjoy games and improve their reading comprehension.
