First try to use UltraISO and other CD backup software to make the CD into an ISO file and save it in the computer, and then install a virtual CD-ROM drive to read this ISO file, and you can use it as a CD-ROM.

It is also possible that there are scratches on your CD. If this is the case, even if you can copy the file to the hard disk, it is still an incomplete file.

In view of the different performance of CD-ROMs, you can try to copy these problems from the CD-ROMs of several computers to see if any of them can be turned on. If it really doesn't work, then the CD is too fancy. There's nothing we can do.
