How to treat the number of periodical articles
To read the periodical article number, we need to know the introduction, identification and structure of the article number, then look at the international standard publication number, publication year and distribution number of the article number, and finally look at the first page number and page number of the article number.

First, the article number:

1. Description of product labels:

The article number is given by the editorial department of each journal, and the Chinese article number is marked as "article number:" or "[article number]", as published on page 13- 17 (page ***5).

2. Label identification of articles:

In order to facilitate the retrieval, query, full-text information request, remote transmission and copyright management of journal articles, all articles with document identification codes can be identified by a digital article number, among which three types of articles, A, B and C, must be numbered, which is the only identification of this article in the world.

3, the article label structure:

"Article number" consists of 5 ***20 digits, such as international standard serial number, publication year, issue number, page number of each periodical, etc. Its structure is XXXX-XXXX(YYYY)NN-PPPP-CC.

II. Serial number, publication year and issue number of international standards:

1, XXXX-XXXX is the international standard serial publication number (ISSN number refers to GB 9999) of the journal where the article is located, yyyy is the publication year of the journal where the article is located, NN is the issue number of the journal where the article is located, PPPP is the page number of the first page of the article, CC is the page number of the article, and "-"is a hyphen.

2. The period is a double digit. When the actual period is a number, you need to fill in "0" in front of it, for example, 1 period is "0 1". Only 1 is supplemented with S0, and those exceeding 1 are supplemented with S 1, S2 and so on.

Three, the first page number and number of pages:

The page number on the first page of the article is 4 digits; If the actual page number is less than 4 digits, it should be preceded by "0", such as "0 139" on page139. The number of pages in the article is two digits; If the actual number of pages is less than two digits, add a "0" in front of it, for example, 9 pages are 09. Turning pages doesn't count.
