So far, the detection and handling of the first batch of 43 illegal fund-raising companies released by Anyang Municipal Government on 20101has come to an end. Except for the legal persons or actual responsible persons of several enterprises, the responsible persons of other companies have all been arrested and their property has been basically sealed up, and the result is not optimistic. With the development of the form, more and more enterprises have exposed the problem of illegal fund-raising. According to preliminary estimates, there are about 200 registered illegal fund-raising companies in Anyang, which is very unfavorable and the work of maintaining stability is extremely arduous. Many enterprises are also fishing in troubled waters, taking chestnuts from the fire, not giving interest or principal to the masses, or reducing interest. At present, the government and public security organs are making every effort to investigate and solve this problem, which cannot be solved overnight.
