Introduction to library law
The library law is a special regulation on library undertaking and library activities formulated or approved by the national legislature. It is the general basis for the establishment and management of libraries and the formulation of administrative regulations and rules of libraries. Library law is a legal norm to adjust the relationship between the state and libraries, libraries and other organizations, and libraries and readers.
