Blockboard is a core board made of wood strips, and it is a solid board with veneer glued on both sides. The veneer is also called the surface plate, and the layer below the surface plate near the core plate is called the middle plate.

The quality of the two panels is allowed to be different. The one with better quality is called the panel, and the other side is the backboard. Can be frosted on one side, frosted on both sides or not frosted on both sides.

The thickness specifications of blockboard are 16, 19, 22 and 25mm, which are divided into three grades.

The core board of blockboard should be the same tree species or similar tree species, and the moisture content is 6 ~ 12%. The width of the core belt is not more than three times the thickness, and there are no big cracks, holes, etc. The middle board of blockboard should have the same grain direction and be perpendicular to the grain direction of the core board. The total thickness of the panel and backboard of the joinery board should be greater than 3mm, and the surface board can be properly repaired.

Plywood can be classified according to structure, adhesive properties, surface processing, treatment methods, shapes and uses, and common plywood is commonly used. Plywood is commonly known as three plywood, five plywood, nine plywood and twelve plywood. Its thickness specifications are 2.7, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8...mm, and commonly used specifications are 3, 3.5, 4 mm Plywood veneer can be integral or spliced. Veneers of symmetrical layers on both sides of the central layer should have the same thickness, the same tree species or similar properties, the same processing method (rotary cutting or planing) and the same texture direction. The wood grain direction of two adjacent veneers should be the same. The veneer of each plywood should be the same tree species.

Ordinary plywood is divided into four categories:

Primary weather-resistant plywood and secondary water-resistant plywood

Class III moisture-proof plywood class IV moisture-proof plywood

Four grades:

Principal, first, second, third. Often used in one, two, three, etc.

medium density fiberboard

Wood fibers or other plant fibers are used as raw materials, and pressed into boards with the density of 0.50-0.88 g/cm3 by adhesives. According to different densities, it can be divided into 80 types, 70 types and 60 types. The quality grades are super, first and second. Thickness specifications include 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, etc. The main performance indexes are water content of 4 ~ 13%, water absorption thickness expansion rate ≤ 12%, tensile strength, static bending strength, nail holding force, etc.

On the basis of the above-mentioned board, the decorative board is stuck on one or both sides.

(1) impregnated adhesive paper veneer wood-based panel

The decorative board is made by impregnating amino resin (containing melamine) with special paper and laying it flat on the surface of wood-based panels such as particleboard, medium density fiberboard and hard fiberboard, and then hot pressing.

The surface of the plate has good hardness, wear resistance, pollution resistance, cold and hot cycling resistance, dry heat resistance, cigarette burning resistance, water vapor resistance and corrosion resistance.

(2) Decorative veneer veneered artificial board

The decorative board is based on plywood, particleboard, medium density fiberboard and hard fiberboard, and decorated with natural wood veneer.

(3) Unsaturated polyester resin decorative plywood

Decorative board, commonly known as Polaroid, is made of secondary plywood, a layer of decorative paper and unsaturated polyester resin. It has good pollution resistance, water resistance, cold and hot cycle resistance and wear resistance.

Thermosetting resin decorative laminate (commonly known as decorative board)

Melamine resin impregnated special paper and phenolic resin hot-pressed plate. The physical and mechanical properties of commonly used wood-based panels with a surface thickness of only 0.6 ~ 2 mm are close to those of wood-based panels decorated with impregnated paper and plywood decorated with unsaturated polyester resin.

Plastic composite steel plate: it is a steel plate or pressed steel plate covered with 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm soft or semi-hard PVC plastic film, which is divided into single-sided coating and double-sided coating. Fireproof board: Fireproof board is a decorative board made of siliceous or calcareous materials as the main raw materials, mixed with a certain proportion of fiber materials, lightweight aggregate, adhesive and chemical additives, and autoclaved. It is a new type of material that is used more and more at present, and its use is not only because of fire prevention. Fire-proof board construction requires higher glue, and the price of fire-proof board with better quality is more expensive than decorative board. Generally, the thickness of fireproof board is 0.8mm, 1mm,1.2 mm. ..

Decorative board: decorative board is commonly known as panel. It is a decorative board with one-sided decoration function, which is made by precisely planing solid wood plates into thin veneer with a thickness of about 0.2mm, using plywood as the base material and adopting the gluing process. It is a special way of splint, with a thickness of 3 cm. Decorative board is a kind of advanced decorative material which is different from mixed oil at present.

Decorative board: it is made of natural wood by slicing or spinning into thin sheets with a thickness of 0.2 ~ 1 mm, and then pasted on plywood, fiberboard, particleboard and other substrates. This material is a high-grade decorative material with clear texture and natural color.

Fiberboard: According to the packing density, it can be divided into three types: hard fiberboard, semi-hard fiberboard and soft fiberboard. Hardboard is mainly used for ceiling and partition panels. The panel is drilled to form various patterns, and the surface is sprayed with various paints, which has better decorative effect. Hard fiberboard has good sound absorption and waterproof performance, durable and convenient construction.

Medium density fiberboard: The medium density fiberboard is a kind of artificial board, which is made of plant fibers by chipping, fiber separation, slab forming (paved with resin glue and additives) and plasticizing cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin under hot pressing.

Plywood: Plywood is a three-layer or multi-layer plate-like material made of wood segments that are cut into veneers by rotation or sliced into thin wood by wood square, and then glued with adhesive. Odd veneers are usually used, and the fiber directions of adjacent veneers are glued perpendicular to each other. The surface plate and the inner plate are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the middle layer or the plate core.

Micro-decorative panel: made of Fraxinus mandshurica, willow, colored wood and birch. , cut into 0. 1-0.5mm thick slices and glued with plywood as the base material. Its patterns are both beautiful and decorative.

Large core board: The large core board is a special sandwich plywood, which is made of wood strips with the same thickness and different lengths arranged in parallel and closely spliced, and generally has a five-layer structure. The vertical bending and compressive strength of large-scale core plate is poor (according to the direction of core material), and the transverse bending and compressive strength is high.

Plywood: Also called plywood, it is made of three or more sheets or sheets with a thickness of one millimeter by hot pressing. It has the advantages of light material, high strength, good elasticity and toughness, impact and vibration resistance, easy processing and finishing, insulation and so on.

Particleboard: Particleboard, also known as particleboard, is a thin board made of wood or non-wood plants with or without glue, dried and mixed with glue (such as shavings, flax chips, bagasse, etc.). ) and hot pressing. Particleboard is classified as follows:

1, divided into grade A particleboard and grade B particleboard according to use;

Oriented structure particleboard: Oriented structure particleboard is a kind of man-made board with the thickness of 40mm, 70mm, 5mm, 20mm, 0.3mm and 0.7mm, which is processed by special equipment. After drying, sizing and special equipment, the surface layer and core layer are laid crosswise and directionally, and then hot pressed. OSB has the advantages of high bending strength, small linear expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability, strong nail grip and easy surface decoration, and is widely used in packaging, construction, vehicle and boat manufacturing and other industries.

Bagasse particleboard: Bagasse is the residue after sugar production. The chemical composition of bagasse after pulp removal is similar to that of wood, and it is a good raw material for board making. Because bagasse has low specific gravity and good fiber quality, the board made of bagasse has high strength, light weight and low water absorption expansion rate. It is a medium density particleboard with smooth surface, beautiful color, good dimensional stability, good processability and decoration.

Uses: Suitable for furniture, buildings, carriages, ships, packing boxes and other manufacturing industries.

Particleboard with gradual structure: From the surface of particleboard to the center, the shavings gradually change from small to thick, and there is no obvious change in the surface layer and core layer, which is paved by air flow paving machine. The surface is fine and smooth, with high strength, good dimensional stability, good processability and surface decoration.

Density board: Density board is also called fiberboard. It is an artificial board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber and urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesive. According to its density, it is divided into high density board, medium density board and low density board. High-density board is easy to reprocess because it is soft and impact-resistant. In foreign countries, MDF is a good material for making furniture. However, because the national standard for height board is several times lower than the international standard, the use quality of MDF in China needs to be improved.

Blockboard: Blockboard is commonly known as large core board in the industry. The large core board is formed by gluing and splicing two veneers in the middle. The vertical bending and compressive strength of large-scale core plate is poor (according to the direction of core material), and the transverse bending and compressive strength is high.

Gypsum board: Gypsum board is a building board with building gypsum as the main raw material, mixed with appropriate amount of lightweight aggregate and additives to form a core material, and firmly attached to tissue paper.
