Legal analysis: According to the provisions of the copyright law, the provisions of copyright ownership are complicated and there are many different situations. For example, things created by citizens are generally owned by the creators. Copyright belongs to the author, and the citizen who created the work is the author. A work presided over by a legal person or other organization, created on behalf of a legal person or other organization, and in the charge of a legal person or other organization shall be regarded as the author.

Legal basis: Article 11 of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) belongs to the author, unless otherwise stipulated in this Law.

The citizen who creates a work is the author.

A work presided over by a legal person or other organization, created on behalf of a legal person or other organization, and in the charge of a legal person or other organization shall be regarded as the author.

If there is no proof to the contrary, the signed citizen, legal person or other organization shall be the author.
