The 25th Beijing International Book Fair and the 6th Beijing International Book Festival opened in the new China International Exhibition Center on August 22nd. More than 2,500 publishing houses from 93 countries and regions exhibited more than 300,000 latest books, and the exhibition scale reached a record high. BIBF International Book Fair has become one of the largest book fairs in the world. The guest country of this book fair is Morocco.

The number of countries and regions participating in this year's book fair increased by four compared with last year, and Lebanon, Kyrgyzstan, Venezuela and Panama set up booths for the first time. On the basis of the continuous participation of the United States, Britain, France, Japan and other countries and regions, nearly 30 countries related to the "Belt and Road" such as Poland, Indonesia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia and Russia actively signed up for the exhibition.
