March 18 Saturday, 20 10, is the re-examination for the postgraduate entrance examination of the National People's Congress. I was lucky enough to take part in the second interview of diplomatic major. On March 15, I called the National People's Congress to inquire about the re-examination results and confirmed that the re-examination passed. From preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination to completing the second interview, there is almost a year in the middle, and I feel a lot. While I still have feelings about the second interview, I wrote down some experiences that may be useful to my brothers and sisters. The contents of this sharing are as follows:
The first part: the overall cognition of the postgraduate entrance examination process.
Part II: Review experience of professional basic courses.
The third part: the second interview experience.
Article 4: Dry goods resource arrangement (absolute surprise! ! ! )
The first part: the overall cognition of the postgraduate entrance examination process.
When writing this sharing post, the postgraduate entrance examination has ended 10 days, and the train to Beihai is very calm. You can calm down and write down these words that are beneficial to your preparation for postgraduate entrance examination!
First,? Understanding of Postgraduate Entrance Examination: Education or Dream
Why did you choose the postgraduate entrance examination? There are two reasons for my postgraduate entrance examination, one is my education, and the other is my personal interest and possible employment direction in the future. Whether a bachelor's degree is enough is a controversial topic, although it depends on the situation. For example, if you plan to go to a government department, a public institution or a state-owned enterprise, your degree is definitely more important than that of a private enterprise, because it has a lot to do with the future promotion space, especially if you want to go to a large state-owned enterprise or a monopoly enterprise, such as the four major banks, PetroChina and Sinopec. If you are an undergraduate, here is a master's degree from the National People's Congress.
A bachelor's degree can really help you find a very good position, but the current trend is that more and more positions require higher education, especially good companies and units have all kinds of unexpected thresholds. For example, the position of * * Bank requires a bachelor's degree of 985 and a master's degree or above, and it is even more exaggerated that "Times Higher Education 20 18 ranks among the top 30 universities in the world".
I personally tend to work in state-owned enterprises, institutions or government agencies in the future, so the choice of postgraduate entrance examination is easy to understand. In a word, I don't need to say more about this topic. Let's choose according to our own situation.
The difference between postgraduate entrance examination and college entrance examination is really great! ! !
1.? First, the college entrance examination has been prepared for at least three years. However, the postgraduate entrance examination is only decided by my junior year. For those who take the postgraduate entrance examination with eight undergraduate courses, it is also four exams and six subjects, but it is only a little more than half a year.
2.? Secondly, the preparation environment is different. 17 moved to the non-postgraduate study room on the fifth floor of the library after the summer vacation. Although there are some faces I can see every day, I am also preparing for the exam, but the deskmate and the people around me change again and again, which is not the same as the fixed deskmate in high school, and there is no such endorsement scene that the whole class reads aloud every morning and evening. Instead, it is the "bleak" endorsement sound at the entrance of the library and in the corridor. Of course, it is not excluded that someone has a fixed deskmate; Another more important environment is the atmosphere of postgraduate entrance examination. The atmosphere of postgraduate entrance examination in our school is not very strong. There are more postgraduate entrance examinations this year, but more people have gone to work, and some have taken part in the national examination. At the beginning of the autumn recruitment, roommates were busy submitting resumes, and when they got the offer, I didn't know if you could still sit still. People around you also tease you from time to time and send your resume to leave a way out, so as not to participate in next year's spring recruitment. ...
3.? The requirements for personal consciousness and self-control are different. The college entrance examination means that each class has a head teacher, a lecturer and various study groups, which can supervise your study, but the postgraduate entrance examination does not have these (unless you apply for a fully closed postgraduate entrance examination class similar to New Oriental), so it is more up to you to supervise your study.
4.? But there is also a connection between the two. When I went to Beijing for a competition in the winter of 20 15, I went to the National People's Congress and walked around the campus of the National People's Congress to chat with my high school classmates, remembering that 14' s dream had not yet come true. 16 years, I boiled water at school. Busy with water in the first half of the year, and go to a professional internship in the second half of the year, 6 months. There are many stories to tell about this dramatic 360-degree turn, from my ambition to my choice of postgraduate entrance examination, which has nothing to do with my undergraduate major. If there is an opportunity, I want to have a long talk with you, condensed into one sentence-find the right target, aim and locate. In short, after all this, my determination to enter the National People's Congress has become more determined. I wanted to study law at that time, but now I choose diplomacy that I am more interested in.
Second,? Choosing a school and choosing a major: three steps: city, school and major
The first thing for a person to take the postgraduate entrance examination is to determine the goal, which I believe many people know, especially the schools with independent propositions, because it involves how to choose reference books, reference materials, find real questions over the years, etc. Every school is different. If it is a national exam, there may be a need to review first, and then choose a school according to the review after you finish the exam. On the surface, this seems to be a very realistic approach, but in my opinion, it is unreliable and unrealistic, because it will increase your luck and all kinds of relaxation. "It depends anyway" ... Do you still remember the strong sense of purpose and motivation in the college entrance examination? That's because I wrote my dream university on my desk! Anyway, for this, it's best if you think of a school you really want to go to first. Of course, you can also refer to other more detailed information, combined with your learning ability, stress resistance and mentality to operate.
Third,? How to achieve transformation in more than 200 days?
(A) to avoid interference and temptation
1.? Mobile phone: When reviewing for the postgraduate entrance examination, I usually turn on my mobile phone in flight mode. Unless I look up information and words, I usually turn off the flight mode after meals and 10 pm, which is really efficient. Give it a try!
2.? Social Apps: WeChat, Weibo, QQ, after the school started in September, Weibo uninstalled. Wechat and QQ only read news when eating. Actually, not many people send you messages. Leave a message if you have something, and those who play with friends should understand each other. Weibo is really poisonous. Anyway, I didn't block the messy news, so I uninstalled it directly. He will post important content about Xiao Dashen's dynamics on WeChat official account, so don't think about interacting with him in Weibo. All kinds of postgraduate materials can be added to the group and paid attention to the official account of WeChat WeChat, and collected regularly, so you don't have to check whether there are any updates every day.
3. Bao Yan, National Examination, Autumn Recruitment-Key pk Stay? If your grades are not very promising, you'd better not join in the fun, which will not only waste time, but also ruin your mentality. If you decide that it is best to give up the idea of taking the postgraduate entrance examination, you always want to leave a way out, and in the end you may get worse results than you expected. As a senior student, the choices are indeed rich and varied, but I firmly believe that focusing on persistence is a more valuable choice than "going backward" and "choosing more". People who can apply the latter to the extreme may not be as good as me, but more for us.
(2) Data collection and arrangement
There is another big difference between postgraduate entrance examination and college entrance examination, that is, the information is not very transparent, so I think there should be no objection to saying that information is king. This kind of information includes courses, papers, academic conferences, etc. collected from any source, published publicly by colleges, various groups, contacts and even teachers. From the initiation of the idea of postgraduate entrance examination, to browsing the information of colleges and universities, to finding reference books, real questions over the years, buying reference materials, and then sorting out electronic materials by myself, this process lasted until two days before the exam, when I sorted out and printed my own Review Materials on Essays, and the information collection and sorting of the preliminary exam was over. Detailed process:
1.? The first stage is to browse the China Graduate Admissions Information Network, and look up the graduate enrollment majors, enrollment numbers, examination subjects, etc. in the college information database. Then there is the National People's Congress Postgraduate Enrollment Information Network, which contains information on the number of applicants and enrollment in various colleges over the years; Then there is the college website of the National People's Congress.
2.? The second stage is to buy exam reference books and reference materials.
Professional books such as Introduction to Political Science and Introduction to International Political Science can be found on Taobao. I know that the reference material for the specialized courses of the National People's Congress is WeChat Gong Zhong: RUC National People's Congress Postgraduate Entrance Examination Database.
I personally use the following materials to purchase public courses:
Postgraduate politics: Xiao Xiurong's complete works (there are many books, not all of them at once, you will know when you look at Taobao), and the core test sites in the wind are memorized.
English for Postgraduate Entrance Examination: Zhenti and Analysis of Zhang Jian's Yellow Book in Recent 20 Years, Wang Jiangtao's High Score Writing, New Oriental Postgraduate Entrance Examination Translation, Wang Jiangtao's 20 Predictive Compositions, New Oriental Forecast Volume, and Yellow Book Forecast Volume.
My suggestion: it's certainly no problem for the postgraduate politics to follow Xiao Xiurong. This year's postgraduate entrance examination political topic Xiao 4 has basically won. If you want to take the postgraduate entrance examination for English, you should chew on the real English questions, focus on reading and score 50 new questions, and you can buy a yellow book. I haven't learned much about the composition for the postgraduate entrance examination, but it's enough to use that Wang Jiangtao to predict 20 small compositions, which was revised on the basis of Wang Jiangtao's English composition with high scores. The big composition is about the topic of choosing courses for college students this year, which is regarded as education. It seems to have won it, but I don't think it is really on the big topic hat sometimes. So don't write directly behind. It is really necessary to accumulate good sentences, good expressions and advanced vocabulary replacement. I will share these materials with you in the following dry goods. I don't think it's necessary. You should leave the real questions for the last two years and practice the mock exam two weeks before the exam. Although I bought two sets, I gave them away after only three sets, and the error rate is very different!
3.? The third stage data and comments:
Please see my second experience post "20 18 Graduate School of International Relations, Renmin University of China? Looking back on the experience of the first professional course, I don't want to say anything more. At this stage, we also need to pay attention to the academic trends and teacher information on the college website, which are very important. Academic trends are particularly helpful to students of three spans. We can know what these teachers are doing recently and what the hot topics they are discussing recently.
Part II: Review experience of professional basic courses.
The preliminary examination contents of the three majors of international politics, international relations and diplomacy of the National People's Congress are the same, as shown in the following figure:
I.625 Introduction to Political Science
(A) 20 18 preliminary examination questions
I. Explanation of Nouns

2. Marx Weber bureaucracy
3. The political role of social capital
Third, the essay questions

2. Comparative political science analyzes the world significance of China's program.
(2) Selection of reference materials
This subject has the highest proportion in professional courses. It took the course 1 and the three courses included in 8 10, but I didn't take it again, so I don't quite understand this operation, but since we have to take the exam, we should pay attention to it. The main reference books I use are as follows:
(c) Five stages of the review
( 1)? The first stage is a preliminary overview of the book, to see what the book is mainly about, which chapters are divided, which contents may be more important and which contents are more difficult to understand. I first opened this book in March 17. It took me two weeks to see it for the first time, and then I found that I didn't remember anything. Besides, I'm a cross-exam, and I'm a little lost, but it doesn't matter. I watched it for the second time, one chapter at a time. After reading it for the second time, I found it a little touching, so I found some experience posts about 625 to see how Great God won this course.
(2)? The second stage is intensive reading. It was not until the beginning of June that I officially entered the review state. Every morning, I basically read an introduction to political science, or read chapter by chapter. Read the preface and small questions of each chapter first, use these tips to read the book, and then pay attention to record the nouns, expressions or small questions that you don't understand or understand during reading. Here, I emphasize the importance of taking notes. I attach great importance to taking notes. I used three 16K notebooks for this course alone. It should also be noted that there are some notes in the introduction, such as the word "Tudor regime" in 18. Have you seen it? In fact, it has appeared in the notes of the introduction textbook and in Mr. Yang's paper. Anyway, I noticed this term when I was reading a book and wrote it down in my notebook. Later, I saw one of his papers, which was supplemented as a noun explanation question, and these 5 points were successfully obtained. After reading each chapter, you just need to draw its frame diagram. At this stage, you only need to write a three-level title to help you organize the content. Before reading next time, look at the frame diagram and see what you can recall. Then, if you don't understand the questions you remember when reading, you can check the information yourself or ask the seniors in the group. If it really doesn't work, you can put them away first. When you have read the book several times and read more papers, maybe you will understand naturally. In addition, it is strongly recommended that you buy more colored pens and highlight important contents. At this stage, in addition to reading the introductory textbooks, you can also refer to the information of your seniors and sisters, but you have to understand that it is written by others, not your own ideas, so you can't completely rely on or even replace the reading process. This is not possible, because their information is digested after reading, and many explanatory languages have been deleted from the book, leaving many rules and regulations. Anyway, I got the information at that time and read it twice first. But after reading the book several times, if you have a certain understanding of the content of this course, you can use these materials to help you understand, because they really add a lot of content, and you can choose what you may not get in the exam. In short, don't let material things become your dependence or burden.
(3)? The third stage is to take notes by yourself. You should have read this book at least four times after the first two stages. When you feel that you are starting to feel the feeling of this course, you can start to write your own notes. I wrote a note by hand at that time. By the end of July, I found that I didn't want to read the main points I had written twice, because my handwriting was not very good. I just wrote a few pages in some books and then looked through the books again to find the content, so I decided to take electronic notes! ! ! By June 65438+1 October1,I finally got the notes of this professional course at 150. It's really old blood pouring out. On the one hand, there are many detours in the middle. On the other hand, I attach too much importance to this course. After all, I can't handle it casually if I want to get high marks. That's why I read Teacher Yang's fifth book and some papers. I deleted a lot of marginal and unimportant contents, and made appropriate integration according to the test sites over the years, which is suitable for the third round of recitation reinforcement.
(4)? The fourth stage is endorsement, which can be said to be a step directly related to the score. I started speaking late. I left the exam about 1 1 and it took me 40 days to enter the endorsement state. Then what was I doing before? Reading books, notes and papers, yes, I'm just more used to reading and thinking. Moreover, when I really started to recite, I didn't recite carefully with a book and a cell phone light at the end of the aisle on a cold night, as you imagined. Before I endorse, there is a very time-consuming but important link-drawing a brain map. According to my previous notes, I draw a detailed framework map of the main test sites in each chapter, which can be written in the topic of Band 6. Anyway, be more detailed, so that you can repeat the main content when you see the picture. For example, this is part of the brain map of political rule in Chapter 10. Yes, I also made it in electronic version. Every time I recite, I look at my brain map with my left hand and print my notes with my right hand. I quickly read the notes in this chapter, then read the brain map, and then cover the brain map to recall the contents of the brain map in my mind. Because this is a frame, I will recite it one by one when I can recall it. When I recite, I will recite the key words on my brain map first, and then close my eyes to see if I can recite them. If I can't recite it, I'll take a peek. Repeat this practice until you can recite everything in your mind. It's not over yet. When you can recite the contents in your mind, you should try to repeat the contents of the corresponding test sites in your notes completely. Because you can't write so few words in the exam, it's too thin, so you should be strict with yourself in reciting. As for how much you can recall in the examination room, that's another matter. I used the brain map endorsement process about eight times. At first, you can only recite one chapter at a time, and then you can recite it faster and faster. It should also be noted that not all chapters 15 will be tested, and their application is uneven. The key points are chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14. I suggest you mark the test sites you passed and the times you passed, and spend more time memorizing high-frequency test sites and important test sites. As for how to arrange the time for reciting the introduction, I recite what I recited yesterday morning until 6:30-7:30 in the morning, but I should read it aloud; At 8: 30 am-10: 00 am, I began to recite new content, that is, I read silently while understanding; Review what you recited in the morning at11:30-12: 00 in the evening. This is a memory. This arrangement is a scientific arrangement that I have tried many times-I will review yesterday's content every morning, and there will be new content every morning. Before going to bed, I will review what I recited today.
(5)? The fifth stage is the sprint stage before the exam, which is mainly based on Mr. Yang's paper and the hot spots in the circle of the year to prepare the relevant materials of the paper. The key is "information"-capturing information and processing it. In a word, I really got to the point in the exam of 625 this year. "Tudor regime" is in my own supplementary glossary, and "Michaelman's theory of basic state power" is in the supplementary materials of my paper. The first topic of the paper is also the content of the supplementary materials, as shown in the following figure. For another example, the reason why I pay so much attention to the first topic of the paper is that on June 5438+February 1 day, an article was pushed by the official WeChat account of the School of State Relations of the National People's Congress, which is the agenda of the political science paper of the National People's Congress. The theme is national governance and national construction. Moreover, on 20 17, Mr. Yang sent many articles about national capacity and modern state governance, and I don't believe myself to search. This is enough to show the importance of information collection and collation, so this fifth stage should not be taken lightly.
(4) Statistics on the real questions of Introduction to Political Science over the years (please download PDF to view)
Two. 8 10 international class synthesis
20 18 China Renmin University 8 10 International Comprehensive Zhenti
I. Short answer questions
1.? Briefly describe the theoretical connotation and policy significance of power transfer.
2.? Briefly describe the connotation and theoretical logic of interdependence theory.
3.? Briefly describe the similarities and differences between classical realism and neo-realism.
4.? Brief introduction of analytic hierarchy process in the study of international relations
5.? Briefly describe the background, content and influence of the Treaty of Seve.
6.? Briefly describe the cause, process and influence of the Seven-Year War.
7.? Briefly describe the general situation of China's handling of border issues in 1950s and 1960s.
8.? Briefly describe the position and policy on the Korean Peninsula issue.
Two. Thesis problem
1. The connotation of new international relations proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and its significance to the theory of international relations.
2. The enlightenment of the strategic competition between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War to the contemporary relations between major powers.
3. The idea and practice of establishing a new international political and economic order put forward by contemporary China diplomacy.
It is very important to review the theory of international relations. The bibliography given by the National People's Congress is an Introduction to International Politics by Mr. Chen Yue, but it is very concise and does not explain the western theory of international relations. Therefore, I suggest that after reading it twice, I can read Contemporary Western Theory of International Relations, Qin Yaqing's Power System Culture and Field's Map of International Politics. I use the first two books. However, when reading these books, we should grasp the key points and make supplementary reading according to the real test sites over the years. The knowledge points I have summarized according to the test sites are: political economy method, specific research path of international politics, Marxist-Leninist international political theory, idealism, realism, neo-realism, neo-liberalism, constructivism, non-mainstream schools, comparison of various schools, international political actors, national strength and interests, international conflicts and international system, etc. Although there are 15 test sites here, in fact, the most important sections are nothing more than the four theories of western international relations theory, Marxist-Leninist international political theory (rote memorization, NPC characteristics), seven international system theories, international system and cooperation (actually, it is still the viewpoint of neo-liberal institutionalism), geopolitical theory, national interests and international political actors (there were many topics before 2007, but few in recent years). Constructivism is a very important school, and 8 10 also likes the topic of this theory, which has been put forward seven times since 2003. But this part of the theory is really not so easy to understand, so we must recite it on the basis of clearing our minds, otherwise it will be very confusing. I strongly recommend reading "Power System Culture" by Qin Yaqing, mainly reading the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in the theoretical part and methodology part. You took this short answer this year. Theories of various schools often appear, and this key test center has higher requirements. From the investigation over the years, we can see that it is mainly a comparison between neo-realism and constructivism, traditional realism and neo-realism, and neo-realism and neo-liberal institutionalism.
Contemporary China diplomacy is a relatively simple content in these three courses. The review mainly focuses on two aspects. First, the important test center of the National People's Congress-the designated bibliography "Introduction to Contemporary China Diplomacy", especially the important treaties, communiques, statements, declarations and important principles of contemporary China diplomacy, must be memorized; Second, China's current political diplomacy, such as the content of current political hot topics, the diplomacy of a big country with China characteristics, new international relations, and the Belt and Road Initiative. Are topics that need to be paid attention to when preparing for the exam. How to find this part of the information? First of all, recommend the official documents published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and use their expressions; In addition, you can find papers on these hot topics on China HowNet, but many of them are scholars' own opinions. If yes, please find the paper of NPC teachers and give a simple example from their point of view. One of the topics of the initial test last year was "Please discuss the changes in China's diplomacy since the 18th National Congress". I guess this topic is probably the idea of Mr. Jin Canrong, because he has published an article on this topic before, and once again emphasized the importance of reading papers. Furthermore, the bilingual website of Chinadaily has authoritative documents in both Chinese and English, which can also be used as a reference for re-examination. In addition, quietly tell everyone a skill, how to know which teachers have problems? First of all, you open the website of the National People's Congress, look at the teachers of national politics and diplomacy in the department, find them to post articles on cnki one by one from the professors, and then compare them with the real questions of 8 10 years that you sorted out (provided that you sorted them out, I'll talk about how to sort them out later) to see if those papers can correspond to the questions of previous years. If there is a correspondence, you will find that those papers were published before the examination time. Anyway, I've found many, such as those of political commissar Jin, teacher Chang Qingjian (20 12 foreign aid from China) and teachers (20 18 power transfer theory) and so on. I'll just list a few, and it's up to you to find more. What's the use of knowing those teachers' problems? I don't need to say this. There is no doubt that exam review is more targeted.
The history of international relations is the most troublesome course. The reference book I use is Liu Debin's history of international relations. I compared the History of International Relations by Wang Shengzu, Tang Xianxing and Fang Lianqing, and finally chose it because its logic is very clear and detailed. It is no exaggeration to say that I have read this book no less than five times from the beginning of preparation to the end of the exam. In addition, I compiled about 6.5438+0.5 million words according to this book. I've seen this about eight times. Why did I say I saw it? Because I can't recite it from memory, and its score is not high, so only repeated reading can enhance the impression. In addition, the way to enhance the memory of these knowledge points is mind mapping. For example, as shown in the figure. In addition, it is also important to grasp the key points, which are summarized according to the examination questions over the years.
In addition, there are several points to be reminded: if you want to sort out your professional course notes, it is strongly recommended to make an electronic version, and remember to back it up frequently; If you want to draw a mind map, please draw it on the computer-Baidu brain map, which is a good thing, you should have it; How to grasp the key points must be to study the real questions over the years; Important information must be printed for timely reference.
In short, pay more attention to methods in everything, don't be afraid of trouble, stick to it until the end, and the result won't let you down.
Eggs! Eggs! If you need materials for the National People's Congress entrance examination, here are some surprises:
