After trying various tools, I chose Impression Notes and Daoyun Notes. After using both at the same time for a period of time, I finally established Daoyun Notes as a tool of my personal database. I know my own database, and the big framework should include two parts: work and private. Next, I need to create folders for work and personal. I usually see it, and "My Resources" refers to the folder where cloud notes are automatically stored in the WeChat collection.

The first step of setting the big framework basically ends here, because it is only a rough idea at first, so there will be some supplements or changes later. The big framework is set, and then the second step is the content.
B fill in the file. With a big frame, you can fill in the corresponding content in each folder. Our knowledge is accumulating. At this time, we should directly file the contents at hand into the corresponding folder. A file can be named with or without time, and there is a way to show when you created it.
Files were previously archived to other tools, and then gradually filled and archived to the road to ensure that there is only one system. Of course, the archived content should be sorted out first, and then saved in the cloud notes.
In addition, cloud notes also have a function-cloud collaboration, through which I can transfer the database with my colleagues in the department. When I need to be away from home, I will wait outside on business. What documents or data do department colleagues need? You can search directly in the cloud collaboration. There is no need to call me specifically to ask for the password and information. This greatly facilitates my work. I have directly established the overall framework of this part, and the rest will be filled out by my colleagues in charge of each part. Finally, I would like to add.
C remains perfect. After the overall framework is set up and the contents are filled in, the most important thing is to keep this habit. Every time there is related content, the content that does not need to be sorted is immediately filed in the corresponding folder. My personal system has been established for three months. The overall model remains basically unchanged, and the contents inside are constantly revised.
