With the cordial care and strong support of the municipal government, the new campus of Bayannaoer Middle School was put into construction in early 2009. The new campus is located in the west of Jinsha Road, north of Xinhua Street and east of Xiyuan Road in Bayannaoer City, covering an area of 304 mu. The new campus of Bayannaoer Middle School covers an area of 72,330 square meters. It is divided into library office area, teaching area, dormitory area, living service area and sports area. The design scale of the new campus is 60 classes with 3000 students, all of whom are boarding.

Main building and use functions

There are five teaching buildings in the new campus, one for each grade. Comprehensive audio-visual education building, including main computer room, student computer room, special classrooms for various subjects, etc. All classrooms are equipped with multimedia teaching equipment. An experimental building, with 8 chemical laboratories, 6 biological laboratories and 8 physical laboratories. The school library has 300,000 books and 3 open-shelf reading rooms, which can accommodate 1200 people at the same time. There are 6 student dormitories, divided into 4 rooms and 8 rooms. It is designed to face the sun on three sides, and the stairs and toilets are on the dark side, so as to avoid the cold dormitory on the dark side and affect the health of students. There is a teacher apartment building in the campus, room 108, each with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The head teacher and the main teacher live on campus from Monday to Friday and participate in the management of students' study and life. The student canteen on the second floor can accommodate 1400 people at the same time. There are three standard basketball courts, six 60-meter plastic runways, 16 table tennis table and ancillary facilities in the stormy playground to ensure all-day sports activities. The school has an 8-bend standard plastic stadium, the stands can accommodate 3,500 spectators, and the stadium can host national individual sports events. There are 18 outdoor basketball courts, 6 volleyball courts and 4 tennis courts on campus.
