Guangdong Baiyun University, located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, is a private full-time general undergraduate college in Guangdong Province approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the initiator and governing unit of China-Universities of Applied Sciences Alliance, the vice-chairman unit of the National Alliance of Newly-built Undergraduate Colleges, and the "Hundred Schools Project" project organization of the Ministry of Education.
