Hebei Finance College is located in Baoding, a national historical and cultural city and a regional central city of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is the only central and local college with distinctive financial characteristics in North China and Northwest China, the priority training base for financial talents in Hebei Province, and the pilot unit for postgraduate training in finance.

Historical evolution: The school was founded in 1952, and was originally the head office of China People's Bank. In the initial stage, it experienced the development period of Hebei Branch Bank School, Baoding Bank School, Hebei Finance School and Hebei Bank School.

1984, upgraded to college, renamed as "Baoding Finance College"; 1992, renamed as "Baoding Finance College".

In 2000, it was placed under the management of the People's Government of Hebei Province, and the management system of "central and local governments jointly build, with local management as the mainstay" was implemented. In 2007, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed as "Hebei Finance College".

1. school conditions: the school covers an area of 1000 mu with a building area of more than 250,000 square meters. It is a "garden-style unit in Hebei Province" with modern teaching building, training building, library, museum, cultural and sports activity center and so on. The teaching and living facilities are complete and the campus environment is beautiful.

The library currently has10.4 million copies of paper books, 440,000 copies of electronic books, 852 kinds of paper periodicals and 0/0.9 million kinds of electronic periodicals. The Financial Museum is the largest monetary and financial museum in colleges and universities in Hebei Province, with a collection of more than 5,500 pieces of resources, and it is the popularization base of social sciences in Hebei Province.
