From the beginning, Yulu put forward the echo relationship between the big universe and the small universe, which is the core of alchemy's world view. Mozi put forward a similar statement, "the ratio of up and down", but Mozi meant that people's thoughts and behaviors should be compared with heaven and gods and conform to heaven. What Hermes means is that the big universe of thought, universe and nature and the small universe of individual, mind and soul are integrated, harmonious and mapped. Using the transformation process of an alchemist to liberate the soul from the material will not only recreate the material, but also reshape the soul, which will reproduce the miracle created by the unity of the universe, that is, the Tao, "everything is." Taiyi's creative way is neo-Platonism's "divergence" theory, that is, starting from a complete and sufficient highest reality, like the sun shining, it divides the rational, soul and material world layer by layer without damaging Taiyi's perfection.
The sun is the father, and the moon is the mother, bred from the wind and maintained from the ground. The sun is its father, the moon is its mother, the wind puts it in its belly and the earth is its back.
The source of all perfection in the world is here; Its ability is the most complete on the ground. The perfect father of the whole world is here. If transformed into the earth, its power is complete.
The subject here is a perfect soul, the sun refers to the immortal spirit or the high-level self-mind, and the lunar moon is the projection of the low-level self and the high-level self. Wind refers to spiritual vitality, while earth refers to material body. The combination of divinity and body, and the unity of spirit and matter are the source of miracles, and in fact they are also the universal principles of mysterious experience. The Tao Te Ching says, "Tao is born, virtue is accumulated, things are shaped and potential is achieved", and "wisdom" also refers to life and spirit. Tao and virtue are like the sun and the moon, and their shape and formation also have a certain corresponding relationship with gestation and conservation.
Divide the soil into fire, take the essence from the rough, and act cautiously. Separate your land from your fire, and you separate your cunning from vulgarity with great diligence.
Ascending from the earth to the sky, descending from the sky, you gain up and down strength. So you can get the glory of the world and stay away from darkness and ignorance. It rose from the earth to heaven. It came to earth again and accepted the power of all things. Inferior. In this way, you will have the glory of the whole world. So all the gloom will disappear from you.
This means that before pursuing the above-mentioned combination of yin and yang, we must distinguish between material and spiritual things, and distinguish between spiritual call and material desire, so as to reflect the glory of our true self. When a person transcends the opposition between yin and yang, self and mind and seeks immortal spirituality, he awakens from reality, gains synaesthesia wisdom and finds light. Back to real life, everything is clear.
This is the power of all forces, breaking the strong and pulling the hard. Its power is higher than all forces, because it can conquer all subtle things. Penetrating all solids.
