Employment conditions: 1. Graduate students who participate in the work of "Three Assists and One Auxiliary" must have excellent moral quality, high comprehensive quality, strong sense of responsibility and spare capacity for learning, and must obtain the consent of their tutors. Their professional study and research shall not be affected by participating in the work of "Three Assists and One Auxiliary".

2. Each graduate student cannot be employed in two positions at the same time.

3. The applicant should be a full-time second-and third-year graduate student.

Three aids and one aid refer to teaching assistants, research assistants, management assistants and part-time counselors. Refers to the abbreviation of graduate students who apply for the corresponding positions as teaching assistants, research assistants, management assistants and part-time counselors during their degree studies in the school.
