Later, with the joint efforts of the municipal government, colleges and other parties, Yangquan College of Taiyuan University of Technology completed the work of "upgrading from junior college to undergraduate college" and was upgraded to Shanxi Institute of Engineering and Technology. The new campus of the college is located in the north of Yangquan Avenue and the southeast of Daxizhuang Village in the new city planning area of our city, with a total construction area of/kloc-0.05 million square meters, a planned total investment of 650 million yuan and a construction period of two years.
