Zibo Cultural Center is adjacent to Unicom Road in the north and Huaguang Road in the south, and bounded by Zhonghuan Road in the core area in the east-west direction, with a total area of 349,500 square meters and a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters (including the above-ground and underground parts). It is composed of four groups of buildings: book and archives planning and exhibition center, public activity center, cultural exhibition center and Zibo Grand Theatre.

Group D (Library and Archives Planning Exhibition Center) has a building area of 60,908 square meters, including Zibo Library, Zibo Archives and Zibo Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. It was designed by German Ron Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Zhong Jian Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., contracted by Shandong Tianqi Real Estate Co., Ltd., supervised by Shandong Zhicheng Project Management Co., Ltd., and completed on 20/3.
