Tell me about my deepest experience in my study.

Lack of practice is bound to talk big and do nothing; Lack of theoretical knowledge, practice is only a shallow attempt; Without the guidance of the correct world outlook, the practice under the guidance of theory will deviate from the direction, and theoretical knowledge will not play a guiding role. Therefore, the key to studying theory and emphasizing practice is to change our "three views" first, that is, to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. This should be the key to our study.

Second, the purpose of learning:-to be a "smart" manager. I think "intelligent" managers should have the ability to recognize and use talents, scientific management methods, forward-looking management awareness and strong sense of responsibility. The spiritual construction and non-utilitarian principle of "everything in the world is born and nothing is born"; "Loyalty and dedication" and "Gold and Platinum" principles; Unity of opposites, such as "all things are negative and embrace yang", should not be extreme; "Do what you can, do what is good, ..."; In particular, the spirit of "Kun is rich, virtue is boundless, light is bright, and salt is enjoyed". Let me feel that the humanistic spirit contained in traditional culture can promote self-cultivation, transform "three views" and improve comprehensive ability, and feel the importance of absorbing the essence of traditional culture.
