Introduction to the museum
The largest comprehensive museum of history and art in Hunan Province is rich in cultural relics, especially the Mawangdui Han Tomb and Shang and Zhou bronzes. In the exhibition hall, there are plain gauze garments as thin as cicadas, intact printed cotton robes, painted lacquerware and silk paintings, various wooden figurines, musical instruments and weapons. There are female corpses and their internal organs in the basement, huge recovery coffins, and tombs No.3 and No.2 of Mawangdui site.

Opening hours:
Every Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00- 17:00 (the library entrance stops every day16: 00);
Every week is the closing day (postponed on legal holidays);
Closed for one day on New Year's Eve.

Free: all members of the public. /kloc-minors under 0/2 must be accompanied by adults or collectively organized to visit museums.
How to access:
Visitors can visit the basic exhibition for free after passing the security check with the second-generation ID card;
Other legal and valid identity documents must be collected at the ticket office first, and then the ticket inspector will go through the formalities of entering the library.
