Salted fish e-commerce is illegal without supply. There is no source of goods to sell salted fish, that is, merchants publish goods on salted fish, but there is no source of goods, that is, there is no actual goods to sell. This kind of behavior is illegal, because it violates the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). According to Article 33 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests, "a merchant shall not make false propaganda on goods or services to deceive consumers". Therefore, it is illegal to sell salted fish without supply.
