Huizhou Ciyun Library, formerly known as Huizhou Library, was founded in 1886. It is one of the few century-old libraries in the province with profound historical background and numerous ancient books.

Huizhou Ciyun Library is located at No.5/KLOC-0, Sanxin South Road, Jiangbei District, Huizhou City, with a construction land of 22,438 square meters, a construction area of 4,545 square meters, a construction area of 1 9,266 square meters, a building with four floors, 5 meters each, an underground overhead floor of1,and a landscaping area of about13,000 square meters.

There are 19 function halls, 1090 reading seats, a 360-seat academic lecture hall and an exhibition hall. At present, there are 6 reading rooms, 1 study room. The functional layout of the whole building is reasonable and practical, with good ventilation and lighting, wide evacuation passages, and other settings, engineering foundation frames and materials meet the quality requirements. The whole building is a C-shaped structure, facing the northwest, and the center of the building is an open book, which is a landmark building in Huizhou.
