1. interview method: no interview will be conducted for the recruitment positions of the institutions affiliated to the district health system. See Annex 2 for interview methods for recruitment positions in other institutions.
2. Determination of interviewers: According to the ratio of the number of interviewers to the number of planned recruitment positions of 2: 1, those who have passed the qualification examination from high to low are determined as interviewers. If the last interview finalist has multiple identical scores, they will enter the interview together. If the ratio of the number of people actually participating in the interview to the number of people planned for the recruitment position is 1: 1, the interview scores of the candidates for this position must reach 60 or above, and those with less than 60 points are not allowed to enter the follow-up procedures. 3. Time and place of interview: See the interview notice. Two working days before the interview, an interview notice will be issued. After receiving the telephone notice, the applicant will take his valid ID card to Room 633 of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to collect it. To participate in the interview, you need to bring your valid ID card, the original interview notice and the original written test admission ticket. Candidates who lack documents are not allowed to participate in the interview.
