Calligraphy works have been selected in the first, second, third and fourth national calligraphy exhibitions and the first, second, third and fourth national youth calligraphy exhibitions. The papers "The Value of Calligraphy in Classics", "Hope lies in Inheritance" and "Aspects of the Present Situation of Calligraphy" were selected for the 2nd and 3rd National Calligraphy Seminar and Xi 'an International Calligraphy Seminar respectively. He once collected five-character poems for Tianjin Food Street, and wrote inscriptions for Premier Zhou Monument of Nankai Middle School and Tianjin TV Tower. In 2002, "Cao Baikun's New Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" was held in Tianjin Cultural Relics Exhibition Center. "Cao Baikun's Works Exhibition" was held in Beijing National Culture Palace. National Pictorial is a special introduction.
