The "Network Scholarly Festival" is an activity of "Passing Scholarly Culture" held by Dangdang during the "World Reading Day" every year since 2007, which promotes the reading of the whole people in a rich form.
Over the years, Dangdang has been actively promoting the online shopping of books and digital reading by the whole people through the innovative mode of the Internet, in order to solve the "reading gap" in different regions, different ages and different classes, hoping to make a modest contribution to the promotion of "reading for all" through this form.
In 2023, Dangdang Shuxiang Festival began on April 1 day, and the warm-up activities were carried out. A * * * is divided into four activity stages, and it doesn't end until April 23rd. The 9th Book Festival of Dangdang was officially launched on April 7th, with the theme of "Reading makes China stronger", which is the largest book festival in Dangdang's history. During the activity, Dangdang launched several major activities, such as "Reading Tour", "Parent-child Reading 2 1 day", "Second-hand Book Recycling Public Welfare Activities", "Subway Reading Club Activities" and "National Reading Data Report".

1, 6th session
The 6th Online Book Festival launched the "Million Books Donation Plan", books recommended by celebrities of Dangdang Scholars, and books with the most "value" in readers' minds, and launched activities such as book discount and price reduction.
2. Fifth session
All books in the 5th Online Book Festival will be 50% off. Tencent and many celebrities jointly launched the "20 1 1 China First # Micro Book Review # Competition", and launched special sales of various books such as family books, special book fairs in spring, suspense of reasoning and direct reduction of children's books.
3. Fourth session
The fourth online book festival launched the theme activity of "reading after work" and issued a high-profile "popular reading proposal" to netizens, and launched a book discount and price reduction activity.
4. Third session
The third online book festival was co-sponsored by Dangdang and China Publishers Association, and the "Proposal for Promoting Reading for All" was released on World Book Day. Together with the China Siyuan Project Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, we launched a "platform for readers to donate books" to disaster-stricken areas and poverty-stricken areas.
