Shucheng County Chengguan No.3 Primary School was founded in 196 1, formerly known as Kaopeng Primary School, and was renamed Yuhong Primary School during the Cultural Revolution. 1980 was named Shucheng County Chengguan No.3 Primary School in March. It is a provincial sports traditional project school.
