Campus Network Expansion Scheme of Lianyungang Finance and Economics School in Jiangsu Province

I. Description of existing network:

1. administrative office network: the main control room of the school network is located in the audio-visual education center on the 7th floor, including HPE50 server and a switch with INTEL5 10T and ACCTON24 ports. The computer in the school administrative office is connected to the switch through five twisted pairs ... located in the comprehensive building.

2. Electronic reading room network: there is a CD tower server and 46 computers, which form a network through switches and super five twisted pairs. Connected to the administrative office network through optical cable. It is located on the fourth floor of the library.

3. Teaching network of Computer Teaching Department: * * * 4 computer rooms, each with a Inspur server and 50 computers. The first computer room consists of an independent network through three 24-port switches. The second, third and fourth computer rooms form independent networks through HUB respectively. Located on the 5th and 6th floors of the complex. Each computer room has laid two super-category 5 twisted-pair cables to the main control room of the school network, but they are not connected.

4. Unicom's 2M broadband network is connected to the server through optical cable.

Second, the campus network expansion requirements

1, to expand a central server, it is required to realize the function of the core server of the backbone network, and it is planned to share the network resources (text, courseware, email, BBS) of the whole school on this server. The original server is designed as a backup and WEB server.

After the expansion, the campus network adopts a three-level switching network, adding a core switch and several secondary and tertiary switches. Replace the hubs of the original three computer rooms in the Computer Teaching Department with switches, and each switch in the four computer rooms is connected to the network main control room through twisted pair (a new twisted pair is laid in each computer room). VLAN division and virtual network configuration manage the whole school network.

3. Rearrange the overall network framework on the basis of the original network. Gigabit Ethernet is adopted in the backbone system, and 100M switching rate is adopted in the branch system. Take the newly laid-out network as the main structure, and connect all the original networks seamlessly.

4. After the expansion of the network, the original "management information system", "e-commerce simulation operating system" and other systems and original data of the school must be reinstalled on the new server before they can be used normally.

5. All equipment should be purchased from formal channels, and provide the factory certificate and enjoy the manufacturer's warranty.

Third, the expansion demand of home LAN

1, laying network cables for the residents in the family area, and leaving an information port at the location required by the residents.

2. The family room is set on the13 floor, and two 24-port switches are stacked. 12, 14 and 15 layers are also equipped with a 48-port switch, which is connected by multimode optical fiber. The switch is connected to all users through over five twisted pairs.

3. The computer room in the family area is connected with the school network center through a single-mode optical cable suspended by a steel cable. All problems (such as optical cable crossing, how to fix optical cable, neighborhood disputes, etc. ) The problems in the process of laying optical cables will be solved by the winning company! See the attached figure for the route.

4. Realize the campus network informationization and broadband.

5. All equipment should be purchased from formal channels, and provide the factory certificate and enjoy the manufacturer's warranty. The wiring system shall fully comply with the five standards and ISO, EIA/TIA-568B standards.

Four. Participation requirements

1. Companies participating in project bidding should have various network construction qualifications.

2. The registered capital is not less than RMB 500,000.

3. The successful bidder shall provide the following engineering services:

(1), installation and debugging of all hardware equipment and software system.

(2) Cable laying: including the installation of auxiliary materials such as trunking, the drawing and laying of cables, and the punching of network cables through walls;

(3) Installation and connection of information sockets;

(4)UTP test: UTP test between each information socket and distribution frame in each floor and room, including open circuit, short circuit, eccentricity, connectivity test, attenuation, crosstalk and loop resistance characteristic test.

(5) Testing (attenuation value), welding and testing of optical cables

(6) provide a complete set of documents; Network cable label, information socket comparison table of each room and UTP test report; Schematic diagram of distribution of information points and optical cable information points in each building, etc.

4. The winning company is responsible for the after-sales maintenance and warranty of this project, and regularly visits the school for network maintenance. In case of network failure, they should arrive at the site for maintenance within the time agreed in the contract.

5. The winning company is responsible for training the school network management personnel to use switches, firewalls and other equipment free of charge, and should provide free training for the manufacturers of these equipment.

6. After the completion of the whole project, the school will form an acceptance team to accept the whole equipment and wiring system. The acceptance contents include: the working condition of all equipment, network performance, wiring acceptance according to TST-67 standard, visual inspection of wiring, and whether the wiring system meets the five standards. Party B (the winning bidder) is responsible for providing relevant materials such as EIA/TIA-568 standard and TST-67 acceptance standard for the school's reference. At the time of acceptance, Party B shall provide acceptance application report, acceptance test outline, acceptance test report, documents and other materials. If the equipment or performance does not meet the requirements of the contract, Party B must replace it unconditionally.
