Jinan Library currently has 127 employees, including 6 graduate students/kloc-0, 70 with bachelor degree and 35 with junior college degree. There are 94 professional and technical personnel, including 9 with senior title/kloc-0 and 42 with intermediate title. The whole library has 10 departments, including comprehensive department, organization and personnel department, ancient books and local documents department, editing department, lending department, newspaper department, children's department, cultural activities department, operation support department and network information department. There are lecture halls, exhibition halls, music multifunctional halls, conference rooms, training classrooms and other professional halls to provide diversified services for readers. It has a document scale of more than 2 million volumes, and the daily reception volume is 8000- 10000 people.
