The school covers an area of more than 4,000 mu (2.67 million square meters) with a total construction area of 6,543.8+0.56 million square meters. Four modern libraries (East Campus Library, West Campus Library, Nanhu Library and Yuyuan Library) have more than 3.9 million books.

Mafangshan campus

Mafangshan Campus of Wuhan University of Technology consists of the former Wuhan University of Technology and Wuhan University of Automotive Technology, including East Campus, West Campus, Jianhu Campus and Nanhu Campus. It mainly includes School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Automobile Engineering, School of Automation, School of Literature and Law, School of Chemical Engineering, School of Sports, School of Marxism, School of International Education, Vocational and Technical College, School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, School of Resources and Environmental Engineering, School of Network (Continuing) Education, School of Information Engineering, School of Art and Design, School of Foreign Languages, School of Computer Science and Technology, School of Electromechanical Engineering, School of Management and School of Economics.

Yujiatou campus

Yujiatou Campus is the original campus of Wuhan Jiaotong University. School of Computer Science and Technology, School of Transportation, School of Energy and Power Engineering, School of Logistics Engineering, School of Shipping and School of Politics and Management are all located in this campus.
