Responsible for the collection, sorting, storage and utilization of all kinds of files except personnel files, the digitization and comprehensive compilation of archival information resources, the collection of archival historical materials and the daily visit reception and maintenance management of the school history museum.
Responsible for school network security and informatization, including campus network construction and management, school information system construction and management, network security, school website construction and management, and guide and coordinate the network construction and informatization of various departments.
