How to find students with abnormal psychology
When psychological counselors and psychologists distinguish between normal psychology and abnormal psychology, they often use the principles of unity of subjective and objective, internal consistency of psychology and relative stability of personality, and judge by the three elements of normal psychology.

The so-called psychological normality refers to the psychological activity with normal function, or the psychological activity without mental symptoms. On the other hand, the standard of psychological abnormality refers to psychological activities with typical symptoms of mental disorders.

Typical symptoms include: (1) hallucination; (2) delusion; (3) Significant excitement and hyperactivity; (4) serious and persistent social withdrawal, but this withdrawal is not caused by depression and anxiety (that is, there is no obvious social reality event to trigger behavioral problems); (5) obvious mental retardation (such as slow thinking); (6) Nervous behavior (such as stupor, as if people are like puppets).

When judging whether oneself or the other person's psychology is normal or abnormal, a single standard cannot be used. For example, if a person has a serious psychological conflict, but his subjective and objective unity (good ability to test objective reality) and personality are relatively stable, then we can't say that he is mentally abnormal.

Then I will talk to you about several criteria for judging whether the mental state is abnormal.

First, the nature of psychological conflict standards

When the mind is in an unhealthy state, people around you can usually feel the psychological conflict of visitors more or less. The obvious performance is long-term depression, which seems to have something on her mind. Therefore, it is best to start with the nature of psychological conflict of visitors to judge whether their psychology is normal or abnormal.

From the perspective of phenomena or facts, psychological conflicts can be divided into normal and abnormal.

Examining normal and abnormal psychology from the nature of psychological conflict is mainly based on two aspects:

1. Morality of conflict: refers to whether psychological conflict can be evaluated morally. That is to say, no matter what kind of moral views visitors hold, you can always regard the conflicting party as moral or immoral.

2. Reality of conflict: refers to whether the psychological conflict conforms to the real situation. If psychological conflict is unrealistic, then the conflict has nothing to do with the real situation, or it is just an irrelevant thing in design life.

To sum it up.

If psychological conflict has morality and reality (either of them), then the nature of psychological conflict is normal.

For example, it is impolite for someone to answer the phone in a quiet environment in the library, so sometimes they worry that they will ignore important calls when they are immersed in reading, but they don't like wearing headphones or turning on the vibration, which will affect the reading effect, and the result is very annoying. In some people's eyes, "isn't it just a phone call?" Is it necessary to be so entangled? " So I think such a person is abnormal, but after actual communication, you will find that his psychological conflict is moral and realistic. For example, it is impolite to answer the phone in the library, and conflict is moral; It is realistic to miss something because of missing an important phone call. Therefore, we can't say that this person is abnormal, only that he may be a little unhealthy psychologically.

If psychological conflict does not exist at the same time as morality and reality (remember that it exists at the same time), then psychological conflict is deformed.
