9. Readers who have lost their library cards and electronic reading cards should go to the library or make a phone call to report the loss, and pay the 5 yuan replacement card fee. The balance and deposit in the original card will be transferred to the new card, and the original cardholder will be responsible for the records in the card before reporting the loss.

When the library card and electronic reading card are damaged to the point where they can't be used normally, they must go to the library to renew them, pay the 5 yuan fee, and transfer the balance and deposit in the original card to the new card.
