Accelerate the development of cultural industries and promote cultural industries to become pillar industries of the national economy.

Developing cultural industry is an important way to meet people's diverse spiritual and cultural needs under the condition of socialist market economy. We must adhere to the orientation of advanced socialist culture, put social benefits in the first place, unify social benefits and economic benefits, and promote the leap-forward development of cultural industry in accordance with the requirements of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, making it a new economic growth point, an important fulcrum for strategic adjustment of economic structure, and an important focus for transforming economic development mode, providing important support for promoting scientific development.

(1) Building a modern cultural industry system.
