After the establishment of Yaoshan Middle School, General Yang decided to set up a "library without curtain" in Yaoshan Middle School, considering the need to set up a village sage as an example for teenagers and even all citizens to learn from. Jing Wumu (1888 ~ 19 18) was an outstanding revolutionist during the Revolution of 1911. He was praised by Dr. Sun Yat-sen as "the giant pillar of the Northwest Revolution", with a famous spring, a unique character and a different screen. He was originally from Jingjiayuan (now Tongchuan) in Pucheng North Township, and later moved to the county seat. After returning home, he donated furniture, bought arms and actively fought against the Qing Dynasty. After the Revolution of 1911, he served as commander-in-chief of Shaanxi Army, and Qin recruited envoys from North Road, sweeping the remnants of the Qing court, Tongguan Commercial Road, Ruiqing and the former governor of Shaanxi and Gansu, with outstanding achievements. In the fifth year of the Republic of China, Yuan Shikai proclaimed himself emperor, and sent his cronies Lu Du to Shaanxi. Jingwumu was ordered to beg Yuan to expel the land and move to Sichuan and Shaanxi. After the fall of Yuan Shikai, Anhui warlord Chen was in charge of Shaanxi, and Jingwumu and Yu Youren established Jing to win Chen's favor. After suffering, the situation in Shaanxi turned for the better in the seventh year of the Republic of China. Chen was so scared that he bribed Jing to return Guo Fanggang to Li Dongcun and invited him to hold a military meeting. 1 1 month 2 1 day, Jing went to Xingping Nanrenbao for a meeting and was assassinated as soon as he arrived at the battalion headquarters. He is only 3 1 year old. General Yang joined the Revolution of 1911 in 19 1 1 year, and joined Jing in 19 17 year. He was deeply influenced by the well and was regarded as a model. The general built the "Don't Move Library" to commemorate and commend the spirit of the sages, but also to inspire the latecomers and young students. After making up his mind, the general entrusted Mi to contact the Beijing Library and design the drawings. 1935 please ask the engineering team of Shanghai Fuxing Construction Company for construction. The whole building is airplane-shaped, with three floors in the middle of the main building and a height of14m. It faces the main axis of Yaoshan Middle School Complex in the south, with two wings extending from east to west and the tail extending to the north, with a construction area of 730m2. The library building is located on the high platform in the north of the classroom and dormitory area of Yaoshan Middle School. Just south of the main entrance is the School Intermediate People's Court. Dongzhai and Xizhai outside the East-West Corridor of the Intermediate People's Court are students' residential areas. The southern end of the Intermediate People's Court is an ancient pavilion-style podium, and Tainan is a garden-style teaching area and office area. The east of the building is the living room, the west of the building is the dining room and kitchen, and the garden in the north of the building is the librarian's activity area. This building is the first modern building in Pucheng County. It is magnificent in appearance and simple and elegant in interior, and stands in the center of the campus. The surrounding school buildings are lined with the stars of the curved moon. For decades, it has been regarded as a symbol of Yaoshan Middle School. Every time people visit Pucheng, they will take photos in front of this building as a souvenir.

At that time, the library was independent and had no affiliation with the school, but it was used by the school. After the "Xi incident", the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education took over Yaoshan Middle School, and the library was separated from the school and opened to the public. The first curator was a famous person in the county, and he was the king of the county senator. After liberation, the library was merged into Yaoshan Middle School and became the library in the school. This library is extremely rich in books. When it was first built, it was one of the libraries with the largest collection of books in Shaanxi Province at that time, and the library with the highest collection of books in Shaanxi middle schools. Ancient books are rich in classics, history, books and collections, as well as a large number of books on modern politics, economy, culture and education. They were lost in the war of liberation, and some of them were collected and recovered, but they are still incomplete. After liberation, a large number of books were added. Despite ten years of catastrophe, there are more than 98,000 kinds of books in modern times, which are divided into Marxist-Leninist classics, philosophy, politics, law and so on 18 categories. The collection of books in middle schools is still considerable.

During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period (1939 autumn and winter), Japanese planes bombed Pucheng, the east wing of the building was bombed, the second floor collapsed, and books were greatly damaged. After liberation, it was restored to its original appearance after renovation. Later, due to the leakage of rain at the top, 1960 removed the iron roof and replaced it with a machine tile roof. 1984 On the eve of the 50th anniversary of Yaoshan Middle School, it was completely renovated. At the top of the door, there is an inscription "Don't move in the library" written by Kong Congzhou. This 60-year-old building is obviously backward compared with today's modern buildings. However, after decades of vicissitudes, it permeates the sweat of generations of talents, records the footprints of climbers and stands in the center of the main building complex of Yaoshan Middle School. Whenever teachers and students pay attention to the five-star red flag slowly climbing the flagpole on the roof in March of the Volunteers, they can't help but pay deep respect to General Yang Hucheng who has made great contributions to the creation of a new world.
