1. First contact the seller, explain the reason, and ask the mailing address clearly.

2. After sending it back, write down the package number. Tell online customer service.

3. Dangdang is different from a treasure, and the option of return or refund will only appear after the receipt is confirmed. So confirm the receipt first.

4. After confirming the receipt, click "Refund/After-sales" to choose to return or exchange goods. Be careful not to do it within 7 days after confirming the receipt.

5. Write down the reason for the return and click "Apply for Refund", and the merchant will make a refund after reviewing and receiving the book.
