The address of Kaifeng Science and Technology Media College is Kaifeng Science and Technology Media College in the north section of Jin Ming Avenue, Kaifeng City. Henan Kaifeng Science and Technology Media College was founded in 2003, and its predecessor was Minsheng College of Henan University. In 2009, Henan Daily Newspaper Group and Henan University joined forces to build Minsheng College. In February, 20021year, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed as Kaifeng Science and Technology Media College in Henan.

The school has two campuses. The old campus covers an area of 500 mu, adjacent to Jin Ming Campus of Henan University. The new campus covers an area of 1370 mu, and is adjacent to Zhongyuan Science and Technology City in the west and Ryan Science and Technology Corridor. The conditions for running a school are relatively perfect, including modern classrooms, libraries and gymnasiums, standardized restaurants, apartments and laboratories, and central air conditioning and air energy hot water are provided in student dormitories.
