In order to further alleviate the housing difficulties of low-income families in cities and towns, according to the spirit of the "Measures for the Construction and Management of Affordable Housing in Anhui Province (Trial)" (No.248) and the "Interim Measures for the Management of Public Rental Housing in Chuzhou City" (Chu Zheng [2014]1No.0), according to the "Langya"
I. Application conditions
1, with urban household registration in Langya District for 3 years and long-term actual residence;
2. The monthly per capita disposable income of families applying for public rental housing security is less than 1.672 yuan (that is, 70% of the urban per capita disposable income in Langya District in the previous year);
3. There is no room in this city or the per capita housing construction area of the family is below 20 square meters;
4. Singles who have reached the age of 35 can apply for a family;
5, one of the following circumstances, shall not apply for public rental housing security:
(1) Divorce is less than 3 years;
(two) the sale or transfer of personal valuable property for less than 3 years;
③ Those who have enjoyed welfare housing, fund-raising housing, affordable housing and other policy-oriented housing shall not enjoy it again, and those who are enjoying other affordable housing benefits shall quit, otherwise they will be disqualified from renting;
(4) families who provide false application materials to defraud affordable housing will be disqualified from applying for or guaranteeing housing, and may not apply again within 3 years.

Three. Place of application
The registered permanent residence in Langya District, the actual place of residence within the jurisdiction of Langya District, shall apply to the community where the current place of residence is located.

Class I families (families whose per capita monthly income is less than 425 yuan and meet the priority guarantee conditions): the rent within the guaranteed standard area is 0.5 yuan per square meter per month, and the rent beyond the guaranteed area is per square meter per month 1.0 yuan.
Category II families (families with per capita monthly income below 800 yuan): the rent within the guaranteed standard area is per square meter 1.0 yuan per month, and the rent beyond the guaranteed area is per square meter 1.5 yuan per month.
Category III families (families whose per capita monthly income is above 800 yuan (excluding 800 yuan)1.672 yuan): the rent for guaranteed standard area is 65438+ 0.5 yuan per square meter per month, and the rent for over-guaranteed area is calculated according to the market price of the same lot (the market price will be uniformly announced by the municipal government).
Remarks: Langya District is implemented according to the housing difficulty standard and income standard of low-and middle-income towns approved by the municipal government. In case of standard adjustment, the adjusted standard shall prevail.
Therefore, those who meet the above conditions can apply for public rental housing in the community where they live now.
