Why do I like reading Yi Shu
A turned-over book, the top right corner of the cover reads: She is lonelier than fireworks. My deskmate mysteriously handed it to me from under the table, when I was in grade two. I forgot why I didn't read this book, but I remembered the name for ten years. Later, She is Lonelier than Fireworks became the first book I read in Yi Shu when I was in college, and then it got out of hand. Every time I go to the school library, I borrow Yi Shu.

Some people say that she is a writer of popular novels, and her language is contemptuous, and she is criticized for being vulgar and unpretentious. She did not deny it herself. On the contrary, she thinks that being popular is an advantage, spreading widely and being popular.

She wrote romance, Ni Kuang wrote science fiction and Jin Yong wrote martial arts, which were the three wonders of the Hong Kong literary world at that time. Popular novels also have its advantages, such as a vast market, a large number of readers and success. I have said what I want to say, and I will be even luckier if I can get one or two bosom friends.

Most of her novels are about100000 words, which are not much thicker than ordinary diaries and are convenient to carry in the era of paper media prosperity. The language is concise, and a few words can be turned into a paragraph, which is in line with the fast-paced life of Hong Kong people. Instead of writing grand themes such as history, culture, customs and society, she only writes about the daily life in eat drink man woman, especially the faint mood of urban women, so that readers can enter reading anytime and anywhere.

I am infatuated with her language style, and some profound sentences are not out of date at present.

1. Language style

Her language style is simple and steady, with short sentences and four-character patterns, and classical poems interspersed in her sentences. For example, if a person has experienced vicissitudes of life, she will write with dust all over her face, her temples will frost, and her book titles are very poetic, such as "The Story of Jade Pear" and "The Flowers Thank More" ...

What I like best is her description of the blending of scenes. For example, several paragraphs in the pumpkin eater:

"The private road on campus is very long, with birch trees planted on both sides, and it's raining again. The monotonous beat reminds people of all the lost and limited beauty. "

At this point, Lin is losing Bi, and she is also depressed. Anything irrelevant can remind her of the past, which is both a scene and a feeling.

"Suddenly it began to rain, thunder and rain blew into the terrace, the curtains shook, and lightning seemed to be searching for sinners. Finally, thunder rumbled in the distance. "

At this point in the story, Jie realized that his feelings had been cheated by Wang, so the author wrote Lightning and Thunder as if he had a hunch and was looking for a sinner.

Another example is "Xibao":

"I walked back with him. The water in the low-lying part of the path has condensed into thin ice. Walking on thin ice. I crushed borneol with one foot and made a slight scratch. Like a broken heart, no one knows except the horizon. "

"I looked up. The moon hasn't set yet. The sky is high and there are no stars. "

In addition to writing landscapes, Yi Shu is also excellent in the description of appearance.

In the pumpkin eater, Lin said, "The girl turned around and I saw her elegant and beautiful face. Implicit smile, half-drooping big eyes, I fell in love in an instant. "

Another example is Su Gengsheng in the eyes of Huang Zhenhua in The Story of the Rose. "There is a blue mole on her face, like a tear in the lower corner of her right eye. It swayed slightly with the car and seemed to fall on her cheek at any time. "

"She is lonelier than fireworks": "On such a beautiful face, there are such strange vicissitudes. When you don't laugh, it seems to bear the worries of the whole world. When you smile, it will be like a spring flower and the sun will shine. "

There is no specific description of the five senses in the novel, only the brightest point of the protagonist, which must be unforgettable. In terms of figure clothing, Yi Shu prefers simple black, white and gray clothes, or white shirts with khaki pants and men's watches on her wrists, which depict mostly the neat and capable images of urban women.

As a result, Yi Shu girls once became synonymous with urban independent women and were imitated by a group of little girls, but they were just role models. Being a girl in Yi Shu requires not only hard work, but also the right time, place and people. Perhaps this is the charm of a Yi Shu girl, shining in the distance. If everyone is a Yi Shu girl, there is no point in pursuing it.

Yi Shu also has a unique style in psychological description, such as Jia Ming's Gadgets:

"Jenny asked the beer, which was too weak. Too sweet for coke. It is boring to turn on the air conditioner. Open the window, it's too hot. Hungry, refused to eat ready-made cakes, specially made noodles, so tired. Sitting, feeling tired, pacing, looking very uneasy. Looking through the newspaper, it rustled. I have read all the magazines.

Talk too empty. Shut up and be rude. Sigh for fear of attracting attention. Just walk away, it's too exposed.

What should I do?

Jenny's left eyebrow rose higher and higher and became a hill. "

Writing action is actually writing mood. Jia Ming secretly loves Guo Xiang, and Luo Fu has a husband. This relationship is not on the table, so we have to try our best to meet each other in a roundabout way, but Guo Xiang is not at Jenny's house at the moment, so we have to wait in disappointment. A series of action descriptions can easily make people realize the anxiety and irritability of the protagonist not meeting his sweetheart.

2. Golden sentences

The repetition of golden sentences is also a major feature of Yi Shu's novels. Although all the writing is trivial, I read it thoroughly.

"A couple has a problem, and one of them complains, but in fact he just wants to vent, and friends should not go along with it. No matter how the parties step on the other half, others can't express their opinions, otherwise there will be endless troubles. "

"Since it has been lost, it is of course unparalleled beauty."

"It's good to read. Whether you are absent-minded or sad, you are a passer-by as long as you pass the exam. Try to frown and try it in society. "

……

Yi Shu is my copy. She wants to read her book twice, the first time to read the plot, the second time to extract good words, analyze the structure of the novel, and then write a diary by imitating the characteristics of her words, but she has never got the essence and is very lost. Later, when I watched Yin Jianli talk about writing, she said, you will say what you are. Then I was relieved. Yes, words reflect the author's mind, and personality is caused by many factors such as heredity and environment. I can't be Yi Shu, I'm just me. In this case, I will be unique.

I have also read the works of several writers who like Yi Shu. There are similarities and differences with her, but it can be seen that they like Yi Shu.

She is the Yi Shu of millions of people.
