Ordos Library has formed a comprehensive information service system integrating collection, collation, provision and feedback during its years of literature information service. It received 80,000 readers, circulated more than 30,000 books, answered readers' inquiries for 240 times, and founded various tabloids such as Science and Technology Information, Decision Reference and Information Window, which were distributed to all kinds of users in the city free of charge, providing a lot of literature information with scientific basis and reference value for party and government leaders at all levels, enterprises and institutions, grassroots farmers and herdsmen and even laid-off workers in the city. In addition, the library also provides various information services for rural farmers and herdsmen, such as telephone reservation, delivering books to their homes, and organizing popular science education. Ordos Library has been commended for more than 30 times. /kloc-0 was named the national civilized library by the Ministry of culture in 1994, the national second-class library in 1998, and the title of "readers' favorite library" by the national knowledge engineering team in 2000. It was awarded the title of "Civilized Library" by the Ministry of Culture of China, and was rated as "National First Class Library".
