Take bus No.72, get off at the intersection of Dongge Ancient City, go straight and turn right for 200 meters to the intersection of Minzu Ancient City.

If you want to go to the library, take the bus 14, get off at Sixian Road in Hsinchu, and cross the sunny path at 100 to get to the library (it's very depressing to walk all the way from the library to Gucheng Road).
