The main part of the Imperial Palace in Shenyang is the imperial palace in the period of Emperor Taizong of the Qing Dynasty (1627-1643), which has strong Manchu characteristics and architectural characteristics in the Northeast. Shenyang Forbidden City has an important historical position. The Qing Empire, which rose from Liaodong, laid a foundation here, and developed from a local regime to a unified dynasty that ruled China for 268 years.
2. Zhao Ling. Zhaoling is the mausoleum of Emperor Taizong, the second generation founding monarch of the Qing Dynasty, and Bolzigit, the filial empress, covering an area of 1.6 million square meters. It is the largest and most magnificent of the "Three Tombs outside the Commissioner" in the early Qing Dynasty. Located about ten miles north of the ancient city of Shenyang (Shengjing), also known as the "Beiling", it is a tourist attraction integrating the royal tombs of the Qing Dynasty and modern gardens. The Gu Song in the park is majestic, with lush vegetation, rippling lakes, majestic halls and dazzling golden tiles, which fully shows the grandeur of the royal cemetery and the elegance and beauty of modern gardens. Apart from the Empress, Zhaoling is also home to many concubines, such as the imperial concubine of Linzhi Palace and Shu Fei of Zhenqing Palace. It is the most representative mausoleum in the early Qing Dynasty and one of the most complete ancient imperial tombs in China.
3. Fuling Dongling Park, located in the eastern suburb of Shenyang, is the tomb of the Qing emperor Nurhachi. Because it is located in the eastern suburb of Shenyang, it is also called Dongling. It is one of the Three Tombs of Shengjing. In addition, Nuerhachi's empresses Yehnara and Bolzigit are also buried here. In the third year of Tiancong (1629), he decided to build a mausoleum in the northeast suburb of Shengjing. In the same year, the tomb of Huang Taiji's biological mother, Yenara, moved here from Yanglu Mountain in Tokyo. When it was first built, it was just called "Xianhan Mausoleum" or "Taizu Mausoleum". The first year of Chongde (1636) was named "Fuling", which meant that the mountains and rivers in Qing Dynasty were blessed for a long time. The mausoleum was basically completed in the eighth year of Shunzhi (165 1), and was added in the years of Kangxi and Qianlong.
Huishan Scenic Area is located in the northeast of Shenyang, which is17km away from the city center. Huishan is a branch of Changbai Mountain, with a planned total area of 142 square kilometers.
