Stéphane Chalmeau *** used the new library designed by Tétrarc Architects in France, and he filmed the library. Fougere Library has adopted the contemporary design concept: the library is a satisfying public space, not just a place to store books. Because of the public function of the building, it contributes a unique landscape to the city through its own facade details.
