Introduction to content management
The word "content" comes from the creation in the publishing media industry. Books, newspapers, magazines, records and videos are called content. Therefore, the early content management CM(Content Management) was biased towards the management of published products, with storage, process and metadata as elements. Content management refers to the orderly process of organizing, classifying and managing information resources of various formats and media types (usually called information assets) in an organization, and is usually regarded as an integral part of knowledge management in digital libraries or enterprises. 1 With the development of cloud computing technology and collaborative management, content management has become the core of new IT applications.
