According to Article 10 of the Regulations on the Administration of Publication Market, the establishment of a publication retail enterprise or other units or individuals engaged in publication retail business shall have a definite name and business scope.

To submit the special business qualification of books/audio-visual products for the record, the business license "Business scope of physical stores" you provide must include one or more publishing items such as books, newspapers, periodicals, audio-visual products and electronic publications. If there is no corresponding publication item in the business license, it shall not be approved.

2. Submit the special business qualification of audio-visual products for the record. The business scope of the business license you provide must include one or more publishing items such as audio-visual products and electronic publications (only electronic audio-visual products can be operated);

Special circumstances: if the business scope of the business license contains the content of "items subject to approval according to law, business activities can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments", the business scope of the business license does not require whether there are "publications" items.
