(1) A natural person shall submit the license certificate of the original copyright owner and make an announcement. To apply for software copyright registration, the following main supporting documents shall be submitted.
(2) Identification materials of software. The copyright of the software developed on the original software belongs to the written contract or project task book, the transferee or the receiver. If the application conforms to the Regulations and these Measures, the contract or project task book shall be submitted when submitting the materials.
(3) With the permission of the original software copyright owner.
1. What is copyright registration?
Copyright registration involves works listed in Article 3 of the Copyright Law, such as written works, oral works, artistic photography works, film and television works, music works, video works, engineering and product design drawings and their descriptions.

Trial measures for voluntary registration of works
Article 2 The registration of works shall be voluntary. Whether a work is registered or not does not affect the copyright obtained by the author or other copyright owners according to law.
Article 3 Copyright bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the registration of works by authors or other copyright owners within their respective jurisdictions. The National Copyright Administration is responsible for the work registration of authors or other copyright owners in foreign countries and Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong and Macao.
Article 4 The applicant for the registration of a work shall be the author, other citizens enjoying copyright, legal persons or unincorporated entities, exclusive rights holders and their agents.
Article 9 After a work is verified by the work registration authority, the work registration authority shall issue a work registration certificate. The work registration certificate shall be made by the registration authority according to the samples attached to these Measures. The verification period of the registration authority is one month, counting from the date when the registration authority receives all the application materials submitted by the applicant.
Article 10 The work registration form and the work registration certificate shall specify the work registration number. The format of the work registration number is Zuo Dengzi: (area code) 1 (year) 1 (work classification number) 1 (serial number). The work registration number registered by the National Copyright Administration does not include the area number.
Proof of software application copyright How to apply for computer software copyright refers to all kinds of exclusive rights enjoyed by software developers or other rights holders according to the relevant copyright law. As far as the nature of rights is concerned, it belongs to a kind of civil rights and has the same characteristics as civil rights.
To apply for the copyright of computer software, you must first apply to China Copyright Protection Center recognized by the National Copyright Administration and submit materials. China Copyright Protection Center shall complete the examination within 60 days from the date of acceptance.
