Readers enter and leave the library from the west gate on the second floor; Put the documents back in the lobby on the second floor for centralized disinfection.

The admission system of temperature detection, health code and reader's ID card is realized. Readers must always wear masks, pay attention to personal hygiene and implement relevant protective measures. People who don't wear masks are denied access to the museum.

Before entering the library, you need to show your reader's card and green "Ankang code", check and register at the west entrance of the library, and consciously accept the temperature test. Only when your temperature is normal and there are no suspicious symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath can you enter the museum. If the body temperature is abnormal, it will be refused to enter the museum, and it will be taken to the isolation area for temporary isolation. The museum will report to the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in its jurisdiction or its designated institution to persuade it to go to the nearest fever clinic; Visitors from key epidemic prevention countries or regions should take the initiative to declare basic information and health status.

3. Flow control:

The number of readers in the library is limited to 60; After reaching the maximum number of people in the library at the same time, the measures of "one out and one in" will be adopted to limit the flow. Readers are requested to keep their distance and wait outside the library in an orderly manner.

4. Distance control:

Please don't gather during the borrowing process and keep a safe distance. When there are too many readers in the same place, please cooperate with the staff.

5, ventilation guarantee:

Due to the need of ventilation, the central air conditioner in the museum was suspended and all the windows were opened. Readers should not close it without authorization, and pay attention to keep warm.

6. Offline lectures, training, exhibitions and other personnel gathering activities will not be held in the museum. The public can pay attention to the official WeChat account of Bengbu Library and learn about online activities in Weibo.

7, during the epidemic prevention and control, the elevator is not open; Facilities and equipment such as passages, tables and chairs, bookshelves, newspaper racks and electronic equipment in the venues are disinfected regularly; In the open area, the number of reading seats will be reduced appropriately, and safety signs will be placed on the reading seats. 8. All borrowed documents generated during the epidemic prevention period shall be exempted from late payment fees, and books overdue due to epidemic situation can be returned before June 30, 2020. COVID-19 patients who have not returned their books during their illness can be exempted from returning them with their medical records, and they can go to the lending department to go through the formalities. Books in daily circulation will be disinfected according to regulations.
