1. In terms of environment, Xiamen Institute of Technology has infrastructure such as library and laboratory, and the learning environment is good, while Quanzhou Institute of Information Technology has no library, so the learning environment is poor.

In terms of teaching staff, all the teachers in Quanzhou Institute of Information Engineering of Xiamen University of Technology have bachelor degree or above, and 50 teachers have been awarded the title of "Excellent Educator", while only 20 teachers in Fangcaodi Campus have been awarded the title of "Excellent Educator".
